To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天工作荔枝角長顺街/長義街(長沙灣廣場后面,發現多了新蒲店(D2 Place) 和很多新食店。今天就去了一家星州食店。坐下發覺很多人點了海南鷄飯和星加波叻沙。就想反其道而行,點個冷門午餐:冰凍羅漢果水 + 巴東牛肉飯。巴東牛肉其貌不揚,關鍵是香料要先磨碎再炒香,吃時已完全看不到,加上椰奶,飄香而至。牛是牛筋腩,焖得嫩滑。可能考慮普遍香港人爱吃辣,味道遍甜但不失好味,只是略微酱汁少了,不夠下飯。配合一杯清凉羅漢菓水,简单完成一个美味午餐!
