To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新開的熱潮已減卻,雖然大概12.45pm 到達有條小人龍,但幸運地跟同事二人去反而即有位。這間餐廳安排客人先排到位,才可就坐再出另一個counter 購餐。我覺得湯底不錯,湯汁香濃!小辣但不會太過份。芽菜、半熟雞、豆卜、魚旦、鮮蝦及青口都有兩隻 對得起這個價錢(大概$70)麵底有福建麵及米粉,最喜歡叻沙這種配搭,感覺上很正宗!跟餐飲品,我選了黑糖豆漿,但黑糖跟豆漿混合不了,永遠痴在底部,有點多餘。不俗!下次想試其他餐。
