鮨一係尖咀稍有名氣,一直未有機會試,經過荃灣見到新開分店,就梗係要試下。餐廳大概只有20個座位左右。被安排坐在吧台位置,可以望住師傅整壽司。田園沙律 上碟前已預先用柚子醋調味,唔夠還可沾附上的日式芝麻醬。燒鱈魚干呢個係我至愛,香脆可口,佐酒一流。壽司方面的確有d 少貴,馬糞海膽 $98 但食入口海膽甘甜creamy唔會臭腥味!火炙劍魚腩壽司$20 食落感覺有種食豬肉口感。火炙鰈魚邊壽司$26入口即溶魚油香。活赤貝壽司 (2件)$55爽口鮮甜,底部墊了紫蘇葉香氣更突出。燒油甘魚鮫 皮薄而脆,肉嫩魚油香。冷稻庭烏冬 烏冬煙煙韌韌掛汁,幾清爽。燒日本梅子茶漬飯 配日本綠茶底,仲有芝麻香氣更濃郁。日式芝士蛋糕算紮實芝士味濃郁的蛋糕。
