以前食過荃灣個間,知道係自家製品牌,今次知道旺角都開咗就嚟試下~點心、小菜、粉麵,連川菜都有得食!師傅曾任米芝蓮酒店主管,難怪有咁高嘅質素~所有點心現場即點即做,落單到上菜大約等咗15-20分鐘,先來嘅係香脆蘿蔔腸,薄薄嘅腸粉皮包住蘿蔔絲酥餅,好香口!欖角醬燒骨,一客份量都幾多,送飯一流,味道好香濃,面頭帶點甜甜嘅醬汁,燒骨炸得香脆乾身薑蔥班頭腩煲,呢度嘅鑊氣小炒大約要等半小時~瓦煲好熱,上菜時夠晒鑊氣。班頭腩先炸後炒,同埋啲薑蔥一齊好惹味,啖啖肉!薑蔥一啲都唔吝嗇,就咁食都好滋味!啫啫生菜煲,同樣係鑊氣小炒,蝦醬味香濃唔會好咸,最怕食到嘅啫啫生菜煲係又咸又多汁,相反呢度就唔會,瓦煲又燒得夠熱~甜品方面,焦糖燉蛋凍食,Cream 味好重,如果唔鍾意食好rich cream嘅朋友仔未必鍾意,食落味道唔算好甜~麻蓉煎堆仔,原本以係麻蓉,但最後原來係黑芝麻,整體甜品都唔係好甜!
