To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 荃灣廣場其實好多野食,近日因為行過荃灣廣場某間日本時裝店,所以順便在附近的餐廳搵野食。老公食過尼間(外賣)覺得好食,所以今次帶我一齊去叫外賣。我地叫左兩碗牛肉飯,層層碟堆得好高,可惜我拎外賣返到尼,唔知幾時個飯蓋掀起左。搞到其中一個牛肉飯倒哂出尼咁跟住要處理下盒飯先啦,然後仲有另一個無事嘅。牛肉飯講返牛肉飯,單叫唔跟餐平啲。價錢合理啊!賣相我好相信堂食係會靚好多,佢個牛肉係堆砌得好高,好似日本旅的時食個啲和式餐廳咁,好吸引。咁但係我地外賣嘅話,佢都好有心思用個波球狀嘅外賣盒俾客人帶走,又可以依照返堂食咁將牛肉堆得好高。可惜我地可能當時又一抽二”能”,搭車返到屋企仲發現一個倒瀉埋,呢咁hea~味道其實好美味,日式燒汁配牛肉飯無得輸。希望疫情過後,我都好想試堂食。食佢地其他嘅餐。
