終於都星期五啦!我哋擺脫咗忙碌嘅工作,同幾個同事一齊去咗荃灣廣場嘅和牛燒肉一郎享受順便慰勞自己嘅晚餐放題.😮‍💨我哋揀咗Set S2並準備大啖大啖地品嚐美食!!> 😋首先我哋烤嘅係薄炙牛五花同燒肉醬👍微微焦香嘅牛五花配上燒肉醬,真係令人一試難忘> 接住嚟嘅係香草雞腿肉同香草雞頸肉❤️雞腿肉用香草嘅精心調味燒得外脆內嫩,香草雞頸肉亦唔例外,唔止肉質嫩滑,仲帶有淡淡嘅香氣。> 薄切上等牛舌芯係我哋嘅最❤️之一,因為牛舌片薄薄地,爽脆有嚼勁,配上少少🍋汁,味道更加突出!> 牛後腰肉芯同燒肉醬嘅肉質鮮嫩多汁,燒肉醬嘅甜香味道滲透入肉,真係正!Yum!> 杏鮑菇烤之後仲保持住菇類嘅鮮味,仲平衡咗大量肉類帶嚟嘅油膩感。> 二色蔥花牛舌+鹽味嘅牛舌片鋪滿咗兩種顏色嘅蔥花+鹽味調味,香氣撲鼻口感鮮嫩,真係好美味👍> 菠蘿🍍都充滿咗驚喜,因為菠蘿燒到外層微焦,但係內裡仲保持住甜美嘅果汁。> 最後嘅係雞腿肉同🌶️辣味噌醬嘅調味,味道辛辣適中,食完之後仲口齒留香🤤呢個晚餐放題嘅經歷真係非常愉快,同同事邊分享美食邊講嘢講到笑聲不斷,真係一個難忘嘅夜晚
