朋友帶我來吃本地人大排檔小炒,晚上八點多到,店裡滿滿噹噹全是人,鍋鏟翻炒聲、聊天、碗筷碰撞聲交織,煙火氣撲面而來。點的豉椒炒蜆新鮮入味,豉椒的鹹香和蜆肉的鮮甜融合得剛剛好。水煮安格斯肥牛超乎預期,肥牛片薄嫩,寬粉吸飽辣湯汁,豆芽爽脆解膩。老乾媽乾蔥雞煲端上來滋滋冒熱氣,雞肉緊實,鑊氣十足,乾蔥的香氣混著老幹媽的味道,特別下飯。豉油王炒麵也不含糊,很不錯。 沒有精緻擺盤,沒有華麗噱頭,這家開了四十年的老店,用一道道樸實的家常菜,留住了最地道的港味 。
