To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日天氣好凍呀!同朋友黎到中環既大館,之前開左咁耐都未黎過,今晚就黎左搵食。望住樂茶軒個地址,兜兜轉轉左好耐都搵唔到間餐廳,好彩有大館既Staff指點迷津,點條明路俾我地行。出面真係好凍,所以餐牌都未睇曬就已經叫左每人一碗湯暖一暖個胃先。是日老火湯 – 木瓜雪耳素湯老火湯個碗都好古色古香,印左個大「福」字,夠曬好意頭。初初以為飲素湯會因為無左豬肉既鮮甜,但係樂茶軒既素湯反而因為係全素所以少左肉類既油膩,更加清甜。加上有木瓜同雪耳,都係滋陰既食材。暖左個胃之後,黎得樂茶軒,顧名思義當然係因為佢既茶既慕名而來。因為我地平時都係飲向茶樓個D普洱茶,對其他茶葉無乜概念。所以餐廳就推介左我地飲以下哩款茶阿里山烏龍茶阿里山烏龍茶係一種高山茶,高山上涼冷,故所產茶葉所含兒茶素等苦澀成分降低,香氣淡郁,耐沖泡。所以哩一壼高山烏龍茶可以沖好多泡,而且每一泡既感覺都唔同。每一枱都會有個電熱水爐,滾水之後唔好即刻沖茶,因為會太熱。然後第1泡茶就要洗一洗茶,之後既每一泡茶就用「高角杯」焗5-10秒。洗茶後既第1泡好清幽,然後第3-4泡就最甘香,茶色亦明顯比第1-2泡濃但都係清澈的。第5-6泡就最茶香濃郁。特別

是日老火湯 – 木瓜雪耳素湯
老火湯個碗都好古色古香,印左個大「福」字,夠曬好意頭。初初以為飲素湯會因為無左豬肉既鮮甜,但係樂茶軒既素湯反而因為係全素所以少左肉類既油膩,更加清甜。加上有木瓜同雪耳,都係滋陰既食材。

洗茶後既第1泡好清幽,然後第3-4泡就最甘香,茶色亦明顯比第1-2泡濃但都係清澈的。第5-6泡就最茶香濃郁。特別之處係之後既泡數,茶色會變淡,逐漸去番第1-2泡既清幽,飲到第10幾泡就差不多完整咁感受曬整壼阿里山烏龍茶。

手工啤 (Phoenix 烏龍)
樂茶軒除左傳統既茶沏之外,仲有fusion 既酒品,有Cocktail同埋draft beer。我地就叫左一杯draft Phoenix Oolong。哩杯Draft 係好易入口,好甘香。飲完之後淡淡既烏龍茶既after taste 就滲透出黎。會令你更想飲第二啖。雖然我地淨係share 左一杯draft,但見到有其他食客三五知己黎吹水,每個人都飲左2-3杯,真係好飲得。

長長既竹昇春卷放左入個酒杯度都幾有feel。春卷好長,食落好脆。入面有紅蘿蔔,木耳絲等等既素料。仲有紅蘿蔔條同西芹條伴碟。

用腐皮包住紫菜黎香煎,除左紫菜既香口,仲有腐皮好香既豆香,感覺上好新鮮。餐廳亦都介紹話所有點心都係素食師傅每朝新鮮製造。

黑松露燒賣
皮薄餡靚既黑松露燒賣,除左有主角黑松露醬添加色香味之外,仲有好薄既燒賣皮,薄到連入面既餡料都見到。餡料有不少既素料,眼見慼該有素蟹柳,素豬肉等等,餡料切粒切絲,食落都幾有口感,唔會入口即鬆散。

點解係一個小總結,係因為真正可以畫上完美句號既係哩個餐廳主打甜品。梨花湯丸又係加入左茶既原素,用上茉莉花茶去煮個甜品湯底,唔似一般既甜品既超甜湯水,換上更清淡既茉莉花茶。湯丸係餐廳自家搓成,加上左小小既美感,令哩個湯丸係視覺上都係一個唔錯既感受。湯丸漲卜卜咁,入面包住滿滿既芝麻餡料,一粒一滿足。如果唔係太飽既話,真係可以叫多一碗。
