搵日約埋三五知己，行埋去那家店[吓一吓，驚歎連連！👀茶品先點嘅係 "Jasmine Dragon Pearls"，香氣撲鼻嚟又不失溫柔，好似舞動嘅仙子。"White Peony King" 一啜，清淡中帶有淺淺嘅甜意，真係令人心曠神怡，飲落去覺得好舒服。

嚟到主食，"Herefordshire Beef Steak Tartare" 嘅賣相已經係對我嘅胃口大開先聲。塊生牛肉有彈性，與細膩嘅生蛋黃、清新嘅香草香氣結合，簡直係口感與味道嘅雙重享受。

最搶鏡嘅係 "Caviar - Golden Oscietra"，魚子醬鋪滿俄羅斯傳統薄餅，真係入口爽滑，每一啖都好似海洋嘅呼吸。搵日約埋三五知己，行埋去那家店透心涼嘅炒蛋滑得黎又唔膩口，同魚子醬嘅滋味完美融和。

過嚟講講那個 "Middle White Pork Roast"，燒豬外皮咬落去少少脆，但肉質就略嫌乾身。不過蘋果醬嗰陣清甜，同蘋果酒汁嘅配合，又重新挽救咗整體口味。

總括嚟講，這次嘅食體驗就好似坐過山車，有起有落，但最後總算係充滿歡喜同感動。]=]
