To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 這BRICK LANE在中信大廈4樓,平日較多OFFICE客,裝潢型格而帶傳統英倫風,非常適合商務用餐或朋友聚餐。精選芝士拼盤($152)藍芝士一直也是比較鍾意重口味的摯愛,不過需配上餅乾或者水果蔬菜。拼盤上的軟芝士口感比較柔軟,而且味道適中,應該普遍大眾也能夠品嚐,也適合在此餐廳作為前菜。其他幾款芝士,配上提子,也是不錯的的伴洒小食。套餐香煎蟹餅沙律的蟹餅兩邊香煎至金黃色、外皮略香脆,而且餅餡蟹肉甘甜。麵粉蟹肉平衡都很好,有豐富蟹肉,而且蟹肉的長度及纖維能夠在烹調中保留,是一道值得回味的菜式。建議食用時候,可以用刀叉分開然後配上沙律菜、醬汁一起吃用。美國有骨肉眼扒($328/ set)主菜點了五成熟有骨安格斯肉眼扒。牛扒外表烤得微焦,質地鬆軟。用鹽及黑椒調味,而且因為帶骨牛扒,有骨膜包住因此能夠鎖住肉汁,鍾意牛肉嘅朋友可以試試。餐廳另外會提供芥末醬,客人可以自行調配味道,另外亦有原隻香烤蒜頭及薯仔做配菜。跟餐加10元的咖啡,杯子頗為特別,為晚餐添上了一些別致的氣氛。
