上次去飲茶已經好滿意,估唔到今次晚飯更多驚喜!一行8人到達酒樓大約7點,坐下後女部長好熱情咁介紹套餐比我地,但我地睇過餐牌後都係想自己揀食物。部長於是介紹其他食物,當然介紹鮑心翅肚咁啦,因為佢要交差,但我地對於呢類食物興趣唔大喎。咁半邊燒鵝,同天麻燉魚皇已經可以比佢交差,佢安心地走開讓我地繼續揀其他菜。第一度來就是天麻燉魚皇一碢 $188,有 8 碗仔但唔滿。飲第一啖,嘩!個個都一齊驚喜地嘩,好好味呀! 湯味香濃,天麻味就唔知啦,只係好香既川芎白芷和其他藥材,真係真材實料咁,部長話已燉左4粒鐘。半邊燒鵝 $188,鹹甜味適中非常好味,食到 lam lam 唎!紅腰豆牛筋腩煲 $78,紅腰豆和牛筋淋度適中,但牛腩就太實,而且唔似係腩囉 但整煲既味道都好好。呂宋香芒野菌爆牛柳條 $88,幾樣食材炒成一蝶小菜,夠火喉,好好味。上海千葉滑豆腐 $78,外貌就真係要比個讚囉,豆腐唔係咁易切成咁薄片重加埋排成咁樣,係師傅既工夫啦!豆腐本身無味,要加埋炒得香口既小炒一齊食,好食呀,讚!得獎菜(金獎蝦醬海山骨)$68 ,外脆內嫩,炸得香口但唔膩口,有少許蝦醬味,正!生炒骨 $68,少少脆口,唔會太甜,

送既紅豆沙,甜味適中

整體既食物都係好野味既,但有少少偏濃,若然食幾度菜係好正既,但因為成十度菜,咁多食起來都有點鹹左D,稍為淡少少就 perfect 啦!
不過,要講下就是上菜 < 太快 >,令至我地有壓迫感,真係出來食野未試過上菜快得咁緊要,呢間都算係經典啦!
