To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 按著手機的外賣平台App,呢間有堂食七五折,之前其實幫襯過一次,本來已不欲回頭。但快到晚上十點的銅鑼灣,原來好多食店都已打烊,於是我同頭先散場嘅電影女主角一樣,俾多次機會佢。店員推介我食招牌花膠魚翅雞麵。九十二蚊,係平價餐廳食扮上菜嘅貴價野,咪俾次機會,試下佢虛實囉。那片厚而無味的花膠,就像剛散場啦電影般平淡。不難食,但非鮮甜驚豔。翅嘅質地同味道,又硬又腥,就好似《神探大戰》勇奪金像獎導演同編劇一樣令我一頭霧水。至於雞,咪雞囉。有啲肥,有啲油,有啲癡牙有啲韌。刀削麵係碗野入面最好味嘅。總結,難食又未至於,同套戲一樣令中容易遺忘。唯一令我記得係佢個價錢,打折後,七十八蚊連豆漿。夠我係譚仔食碗米線,再加碟皮蛋,但滿足感卻比呢度高幾倍囉。
