新鳳凰餅店 在鰂魚涌開業超過50年👍曾經因租金問題而搬遷，現時舖位就在鰂魚涌C出口旁邊，非常方便。牛油皮蛋撻 香脆不油膩，不過可能我買個時不是即刻出爐，皮和蛋漿有少少分離，但也好好食。而雞批 餡料多皮鬆化，配上秘製醬汁(不是平常食開的白汁)，確實不錯💕
