To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2024年12月1日下午三點半，我去食下午茶餐，點咗個食肉醬意粉，結果真係好似食湯意粉咁，成兜水，真係不知所謂。出品部嘅大媽真係要加把勁，叫佢哋出去試吓人哋嘅肉醬意粉，邊有咁多水喺度㗎？咁樣嘅質素，真係氣死人。另外，咖啡奶茶又淡得好似水咁，呢個唔係第一次啦，之前幾次都已經咁樣。每次都希望質素可以改善，但次次都失望而回。廚房部嘅管理到底係點搞？明明係茶餐廳，但出品質素咁差，實在令人失望。希望餐廳能夠正視呢啲問題，改善出品同服務質素。顧客嚟到茶餐廳，係希望可以有好好嘅用餐體驗，而唔係每次都要面對呢啲質素差劣嘅情況。希望未來可以見到改善，令顧客可以有更好嘅用餐體驗。```
