某天收工晚了,回到大埔很多餐廳都已經關門,經過這間串燒店門口,看到他們放著一大個火爐在正門中間,感覺很溫暖。餐廳內的座位不算多,選擇了在火爐旁的座位。串燒選擇不算特別多,不過有些蠻特別的選擇。反而酒類旳選擇都蠻多。燒牛舌($29)簡單加上鹽和黑椒以調味,肉質軟嫩,食落都好香牛味。燒雞皮份量不算多,燒到香脆乾爽。燒雞扒($28)寶寶超級推介,外皮燒得金黃焦香,而裡面保持肉汁,所以肉質很嫩。燒鯖魚($29)每次食串燒必點的燒鯖魚,份量好大,魚肉都好新鮮。燒茄子($30)好大條茄子,舖上香脆蒜粒和青蔥,燒到好惹味。茄子肉好軟,最值得讚的是這裡的燒茄子沒有外面的油膩。香草芝士焗雜菌($33)份量同樣都好多,不同種類的雜菌焗到好軟身,加上香草味,十分好食。
