LOVE has 4 letters, and so does CAKE呢間小店兩年前已幫襯過買士多啤梨蛋糕、賣相靚又好味。過年前見店主推出芋泥流心蛋糕即刻訂返個試下,新正頭食糕(高)好意頭Pandan Chiffon Cake with Taro, Sea Salt Coconut Lava and Mochi芋泥爆漿流心 × 斑蘭戚風蛋糕> 喜歡食芋泥甜品的嘅朋友仔肯定同我一樣無法抗拒呢個芋泥戚風嘅魅力:小店嘅自家製芋泥夾心香滑綿密,秘訣在於低糖所以芋頭香氣和味道更出,淡淡的紫芋色調柔和無人工色素,加入椰絲增強口感。斑蘭戚風蛋糕輕軟蓬鬆有彈性也帶點濕潤,還食到斑蘭葉獨有的淡雅清香。另一亮點就係切開蛋糕、中間有香甜幼滑嘅海鹽椰子流心,為蛋糕注入南洋風味。底層仲有QQ嘅牛乳麻糬、煙韌香軟不太甜。每層蛋糕之間抹上輕芝士忌廉又滑又唔漏。面頭有小小椰汁糕和水晶珠做裝飾,可想而知店主落足料比晒心機整,我係唔會食厭佢哋啲蛋糕、day day都想食
