聽朋友講佢屋企附近有間飯店好有愛心,每星期會派100個飯盒比有需要既街坊,所以我都專情去支持下佢地。估唔到佢地既小菜都幾出色,又夠鍋氣,今次食咗以下3款佢地既招牌菜:-1. 鎮店炸魚皮 💰$68上菜嚇親我,未見過一塊咁完整既炒魚皮,上菜時熱辣辣,賣相已經好一流,原來佢地係用咗門鱔魚皮新鮮即炸,睇得出無乜落炸粉,夠薄又脆卜卜既口感,加埋炸過既魚皮香味,絕對係值得推介👍🏻👍🏻2. 豆豉雞煲 💰$138原先係上叫佢地另一鎮店結作古法吊炸雞黎補充蛋白質,點知當日賣晒🥲咁就改咗叫豆豉雞煲,店員送上黎時仲聽到Ja Ja 聲,香氣十足,雞件啖啖肉,配菜當然唔少得三色椒同洋蔥,煲仔上夠晒熱辣辣,豆豉味道調較得岩岩好3. 原個鳳梨生炒骨 💰$128今次係老闆送菜,佢好沉實又帶點自豪咁介紹呢個係用新鮮菠蘿,同埋採用金沙骨,肥瘦適中。 新鮮菠蘿酸酸甜甜,生炒骨掛滿醬汁,外脆內裡好juicy 但完全無肥膩感,份量岩岩好👍🏻
