Restaurant: The 5B Private Corner

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這是一間位於荃灣,文青風格的樓上Cafe,好多人介紹過這裡的佈置,我今次就重點講食物啦我跟同事都order左厚切牛脷配自家制咖哩厚切牛脷軟硬剛剛好,開頭有點怕牛脷的質感怪怪的…但又唔會喎,有少少似食緊林身既豬頸肉。這個自家制咖哩實在太啱味啦食落似日式咖哩,唔辣且帶甜,咖哩唔會太杰又唔會太稀,仲食倒有D一粒粒既口感…唔知係咪加左薯仔溶呢?非常好食飯的軟硬也很適中,唯一可改善的是多一點配菜更好至於跟餐的羅宋湯也不錯哦~酸酸辣辣的好開胃另外,加點了冬薑檸檬蜜,薑味出、檸檬唔苦、又唔會太甜

厚切牛脷軟硬剛剛好,開頭有點怕牛脷的質感怪怪的…但又唔會喎,有少少似食緊林身既豬頸肉。
這個自家制咖哩實在太啱味啦
食落似日式咖哩,唔辣且帶甜,咖哩唔會太杰又唔會太稀,仲食倒有D一粒粒既口感…唔知係咪加左薯仔溶呢?非常好食
飯的軟硬也很適中,唯一可改善的是多一點配菜更好


至於跟餐的羅宋湯也不錯哦~酸酸辣辣的好開胃

另外,加點了冬薑檸檬蜜,薑味出、檸檬唔苦、又唔會太甜
