To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老實說,這餐廳食物質素是有差異浮動的。今次叫了西冷扒併炸蝦。先是餐飽,一食味道就知不新鮮,但許多店都是不新鮮了。但微暖及軟軟,食落去也不算差。羅宋湯,有多的菜蔬,但相信沒有下肉去煮。飲落很清,蔬菜味而矣,不過清清地,味道不過鹹,帶點辣,可以的。主菜送來,第一感覺是,塊扒咁大塊😋,幾香,而且不薄薄的,差不多有1.5cm厚。看已大滿足。拿起刀一切,略靭,許多小根,很有咬感😅⋯⋯不過我寧願這個,都不要那些被鬆肉粉嗱的牛扒。的確,切到手軟,食到一半要抖抖。配菜也算不錯吖,有翠肉瓜、蘿蔔及南瓜粒👍。凍飲要加$3。由於不是即磨咖啡☕️,所以選擇了凍鴛鴦。味道👌。這餐$58、加$3凍飲,再加一。舒舒服服的午餐都抵吖!但若對牛扒很有要求的,就不要考慮這了。或者可以考它其他菜式。我上次叫T骨也不錯。
