這裡前身是鳳城,感覺UP UP dull dull不過今天跟長老去北園飲茶,發現鳳城無見左變左海港酒家,感覺光鮮,好似好新咁樣,所以我地決定轉去這間試試室內設計光猛,餐具有玫瑰花紋,座椅位置寬闊,牆上裝飾與牆架裝飾相呼應供選擇的款式好似較其他分店少我地最後點左日式照燒茄子、鳳爪排骨飯、咸魚肉餅飯、潮式糯米卷、南乳豬手、水晶潮州粉果及原隻鮮蝦燒賣王日式照燒茄子: 一上枱,點解d魚肉顏色咁白,我地即想,唔通唔係用魚肉做?唔通蝦,原來不是,是用墨魚膠做,有墨魚粒的,咬落彈牙,茄子煎得外脆內軟鳳爪排骨飯:鳳爪排骨份量一般,飯蒸得飯粒分明咸魚肉餅飯:肉餅厚,咸魚大舊,飯蒸得飯粒分明,可惜飯量不多潮式糯米卷:有糯米,花生,紅蔥頭,蝦米,應該是炒香後再做成卷,因為粒花生燶左d , 不過好香南乳豬手、豉汁鳳爪及水晶潮州粉果 南乳豬手:炆得焾,豬手多肉豉汁鳳爪:味道一般水晶潮州粉果:皮薄,材料有沙葛,蝦米,花生,紅蔥頭,好似有少少咸魚味原隻鮮蝦燒賣王 :真的有2隻原隻蝦, 燒賣豬肉彈牙茶:用整個大茶包沖,所以茶味濃
