今晚收工嚟到位於銅鑼灣登龍街的「鮨和居食屋 」,店內裝修簡約溫馨,充滿日本風味🇯🇵座位間隔具一定距離,可以好好享受同朋友嘅私人空間💕餐廳設有小會席料理Set,最近為慶祝開業兩周年紀念,仲特別設有鮨和感謝祭午市Omakase套餐(特上)廚師發板壽司拼盤從味道比較淡的赤貝同吞拿魚開始食起,赤貝口感爽脆,吞拿魚好新鮮👍🏻油甘魚同劍魚都充滿光澤,富有魚鮮味牡丹蝦、帆立貝,厚厚的,好鮮甜炙燒秋刀魚、金目鯛、燒左口魚邊,呢三款魚經過師傅輕輕火炙燒過,魚油滲出,好肥美,勁好食迷你特上三色丼,分別有三文魚籽、日本海膽、香蔥碎吞拿魚腩,海膽同三文魚籽都鮮味十足,不得了呀,配上香蔥吞拿魚腩蓉,簡直係絕配黃花魚一夜干燒至金黃色的黃花魚,魚皮微微香脆,內裏嘅魚肉超嫩滑,鮮甜味美,滿有魚鮮味,好好食呀牛肉壽喜燒壽喜燒湯底甜甜鹹鹹,配上日本精選牛肉片、什錦蔬菜、豆腐、大蔥、日本粉絲等等,好豐富呀!牛肉口感香軟,肉味濃郁,沾上日本生雞蛋後食用更加滑溜~整個火鍋嘅味道同口感都好豐富呢,而家冬天食就啱晒!
