Deer kitchen鄰近觀塘站工厦,地方容易找及方便,最近去多了觀塘區,所以有方向感。餐包是香草包,鬆軟的麵包沾点橄欖油 +醋,已很好味。脆脆雞棒沙律份量不少,雞肉嫩滑,各類新鮮蔬菜,混合脆脆吃在口中爽脆有嚼口。黑松露蝦春卷,春卷炸得好脆口蝦很彈牙,春卷整体不油膩。朋友主菜選了香煎北海道帶子墨汁意大利飯,説帶子煎得內軟好味。紐西蘭慢煮牛柳拼香煎砵酒鵝肝,牛柳是經過慢煮後再燒焗,表面微燒過,所以牛柳表面微焦香,内裏還 呈現粉紅色,雖然不是和牛但肉味濃郁,肉汁豐富。煎薯仔餅是將薯仔切絲後再煎成糕,頗為特別的。鵝肝份量不大,但很甘香,外脆内軟。入夜後的觀塘各式各類的楼上店舖,百花齊放,飽餐後还可以去逛街。
