但呢個鮮魚湯杞子浸時蔬嘅湯真係好味,不過稍鹹~

鹹蛋黃勁足料咁包滿每一片鮮魷,第一啖咬落去已經超驚艷!😋😋

難得敲碗成功,啲人肯陪我點風沙九肚魚😍
外層香脆,脆粉夠薄,入面熱辣辣又滑捋捋嘅魚肉,送啤酒一流!🍻

其實我好想叫臭豆腐㗎,但已經點咗呢個八味脆豆腐就算啦~
同風沙九肚魚類似,都係有脆脆薄薄嘅炸粉,豆腐幾滑~


因為唔食芥辣又唔食沙律醬,所無試到~
但朋友仔一致認為青芥好有誠意,真係堅辣堅攻鼻🚀👃

豬手又係我唔吃嘅菜式,但係佢哋話呢個係必點~
個皮好爽,完全無肥膩感。

粉麵飯類當中我最鍾意呢個蟹籽蛋白野菜脆米炒飯~
可能有人覺得有啲飯焦咁嘅嘢喺中間好怪,但我就喜歡佢食落有啲脆口~
而且炒得好有鑊氣,仲得一試!


其實我哋食咗好耐都唔覺得招牌炒米同頭油皇龍鬚炒麵有好大分別,雖然一個係麵一個係米粉🙈
兩個味道亦差不多,但都算乾身唔油腍腍~
個人覺得龍鬚嘅略勝一籌,因為魷魚鬚好味呢🦑


呢間真係好爆滿,我哋離開時,門口都仲有好多人等緊位~
想試嘅朋友,記得要訂位喔!
記得必試金沙脆鮮魷同埋鮮魚湯杞子浸時蔬啦~
