用爐端熱著吃的暖叉燒,表面燒得香口微硬,肉身腍且醃得入味,雖帶點點油脂,實則咬下感到在肉上增加了甘香,與表面的蜜糖汁互相平衡,腍中有咬口!

,應是高檔級別,螺頭切成小粒有嚼勁,瘦肉腍身,最重要是一點都不肥膩,非常滋潤!是這店其中一款的招牌菜。

每一口的蛋麵充滿海鮮味,沒有被輕辣味道蓋掩,原來用了自家秘製XO 醬同炒,麵身韌度與油份適中,炸得酥脆夠味的龍蝦切成約一寸大少,吃也很方便,我們連同較薄身的殼一起吃,非常野味好味,這是另一款招牌菜呢!
