今日去荃灣探班,回程時路經綠楊坊,見到地下新開左間「錦麗」,反正好耐冇食過越南河粉,一於入去回味下。餐廳係越南過江龍,起源於胡志明市一間由獨立家庭經營嘅麵檔品牌,曾獲華爾街日報譽為「越南胡志明市最好吃牛肉粉」!翻開餐牌,食物分門別類,有牛骨湯粉,越式檬粉、雞湯金邊粉、飯類、風味小食、晚市套餐同新出嘅冬季一人鍋等,選擇非常豐富。點左個胡椒椰子鮮雞鍋 ($78)  湯底真材實料,一上檯已經聞到好香椰子味。雞件滑嫩肥美,入口啖啖肉,加上胡椒嘅辛香,與雞肉鮮甜交織,食完暖入心🔥鍋物奉送河粉、金邊粉或米飯🍚一碗。+$8 仲可以配半條即炸油炸鬼,入口香脆,用嚟吸湯一流!另外呢碗火車頭粉 ($88)  亦係水準之作,湯底用了大量牛骨、牛肉同多種香料熬製,入口濃郁清甜。配料有穀飼肉眼、牛筋、越南扎肉及熟牛肉等,肉眼細嫩、牛腩軟腍、加上彈牙牛丸,別有一番風味。至於跟餐飲品,本來想嗌杯冬季養生茶,點知 2 款都售罄。點左椰汁紅豆冰 (+$14) 同 三色檸檬可樂 (+$14),紅豆冰好足料,紅豆大大粒,入口有椰香。意猶未盡,再加點左客特色小食拼盤 ($76) 同 馬拉盞醬時蔬 ($38)。拼盤有金絲網蝦春
