今日接媽咪放工後一齊去她公司附近食埋晚飯先回家, 呢間鋪有5款湯底,麻辣/酸辣/鮮魚湯/冬蔭功湯/清湯,諗左好耐樣樣都想試,最終我叫左豬軟骨扒鮮魚湯烏冬套餐配尖椒皮蛋小食加豆漿,而媽咪就叫左豬軟骨扒麻辣紅薯粉套餐配香茅雞翼小食加津路烏龍茶,仲叫左2份清酒煮蜆,因為坊間既小食多數都係雞翼/皮蛋/雲耳/白肉等等,而我同媽咪又鍾意食辣又鍾意食蜆,所以就叫黎試下,好快店員就一次過上哂所有食物,一開始緊係試左個鮮魚湯既湯底先啦, 鮮魚湯好清甜,濃郁既魚味,最岩我呢個湯怪,再試下媽咪個麻辣湯,好香麻椒花椒八角既味道, 食落去會有咀唇麻麻的感覺, 辣度適中,太辣的話只會係得個辣字,根本唔會食到麻同辣個種味道, 豬軟骨扒炆得好淋,好入味, 呢個係我都幾驚喜既其中之一,試埋個清酒煮蜆,呢個都係辣既,佢會有好多既蒜頭碎係入面,每食一粒蜆,你都會食到酒既味道,呢個又係我覺得幾驚喜既,尖椒皮蛋會有埋青瓜絲,個汁酸酸地,夏天幾開胃,香茅雞翼唔會炸過火,唔會好乾身,又係好食,我仲見到有夏日限時推介有涼伴烏冬/紅薯粉, 總括今個晚餐真係好滿足, 等我下一個星期再搵日去食多次先.
