9月中嘅星期六,同食友到金碧酒樓食晚飯,我哋預約咗7:30。去到酒樓已經差唔多全滿,剩返一兩枱2-4人枱。大夥人嚟食,記得預約。我哋本身已經睇咗菜單決定食乜嘢菜色。先來嘅係叉燒,7分瘦三分肥,唔係太甜,建康,亦啱我口味😚。杏汁豬肺湯,好足料,除咗豬肺亦有豬肉,杏汁味配湯可以接受,平時我唔鍾意杏汁味,也接受到。炸蝦球,魚腸焗蛋,蛋蒸蝦,就係酒樓水平,比較特別係八寶鴨,釀鯪魚肉同理豉汁蒸盤鱔,係手工菜式,好少酒數再做啦。蒸盤鱔好好食,蒸得啱啱好,魚肥又滑。鯪魚肉好香,應該落足配料。食完之後仲有一碗糖水送,好好。呢度啲員工已經上了年紀,大家有興趣試就快去。
