九龍城以食聞名,食肆很多,各式其式,而且到處仍是舊建築,保留住舊城風味,是個吸引的地方。自從啟德機場搬遷多年,為九龍城帶來了寧靜,附近食肆,依然倡旺。但感覺九龍城泰菜館比較多,想吃好的燒臘就比較少選擇。但凡事總有例外,全盛燒臘茶餐廳就在九龍城屹立7週年,燒臘出色,選用優質食材,深受街坊歡迎。全盛燒臘茶餐廳在衙前塱道40號地下,茶餐廳格局,佈置簡單,地方整潔,環境舒適,有多款燒臘選擇。全盛燒臘茶餐廳門面的金漆招牌十分搶眼,加上店面廚櫃掛起來的燒鵝色澤紅潤,皮層脹卜卜,相當吸引,我就毫不猶豫,進店幫襯。給店面廚櫃掛起來的燒鵝吸引,就打燒鵝主意,坐下就豪一點,叫了燒鵝下庄,再加白飯。全盛一哥义燒也是主打,當然也要單點。其實全盛的酥皮乳豬、脆皮燒腩、玫瑰豉油雞、桂香切雞、乳鴿、佛山燻蹄等,也是製作出色,而且可配搭成各式套餐,任君選擇,而且都是街坊價錢,超值抵食。燒鵝下庄色澤搶眼,鵝髀唔算大隻,但燒得皮脆肉香,外皮挺身又薄又脆,燒鵝肉質軟腍,而且肉汁豐富,帶點甘香肥膏,不算肥膩,配上飯粒乾身,晶瑩滑溜白飯,開胃好味。至於燒鵝的最佳拍檔酸梅醬,亦酸甜適中,恰到好處。全盛一哥义燒,用的是上選梅頭肉,

全盛一哥义燒,用的是上選梅頭肉,配上等醬料醃製,無加色素,烤至焦香,賣相誘人。义燒肥瘦比例恰好,帶點脂肪,肉質鬆化,肉香充沛。

走時在門口索到陣陣鹽焗香味,才發現有鹽焗雞供應。紙包鹽焗雞放在鹽櫃,排得整整齊齊,隻隻肥美,雞香撲鼻,下次再來,是必試之選。
