To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 避風塘生蠔(133個大洋)生蠔略跟薄粉漿輕炸並混在金蒜碎中,
濃郁蒜香,咬下蠔肉時仍嚐到鮮嫩多汁;
辣味點到即止!

簡單煮法更能吃到海鮮原味,肉質鮮甜,
可惜吃到里面有一粒頗大的沙!
芥蘭嗜爽肉(68個大洋)豬頸肉略帶鹹香,可!
吃時令人眼淚直流的青芥牛柳粒(73個大洋)鬆化得來仍具嚼勁,
青芥重重包著牛柳,亦平衡肉的膩感,

嗜嗜雞什煲(68個大洋)
侍應在我們面前把雞什放到熱鍋中快炒,再加入蒜頭、洋蔥、香蔥等,惹味;
吃時,雞什仍粉嫩無比;我們還追加白粥,讓靚粥盡吸雞什精華;
雖然天氣超熱,但這碗雞什粥依然叫人回味!
相信冬天吃更佳!
整體質素頗高,侍應出奇有禮;
上菜速度極快,建議一次不要點太多,否則食物變涼了影響味道;
KsMeow大愛兩大養顏恩物,
皇牌雞湯翅及骨膠原極多的古法炆龍躉翅;
雞湯翅雞肉頗嫩,翅的份量還要比雞肉多,龍躉皮成尺厚的骨膠原令人討好(嘿!)

縱使妳最終放了飛機,亦吃不到避風塘椒鹽瀨尿蝦;
