有人遲放工,我要呆等,唯有點份燒魚皮食住先。唔錯,香脆得來唔會好似潮州炸魚片咁油膩。人終於到喇。原本頗有興趣試貝4品,不過有人話想食魚。咁選6品刺身囉。刺身上桌,擺設得唔錯,而且刺身擺位是根據黑板上的名字的位置排的,幾細心wor。我點了一隻「三重縣」生蠔。是我最喜歡的日式酸汁食法。屬於爽口,厚肉,好嘢!另外點了必食的芥末魷魚。唔知咩事有啲類似洗潔精味。真係幾愛都食唔晒。師傅送的冰頭漬。酸酸地幾醒胃。如果chill 得再凍啲、再爽啲會更完美。吞拿魚腩小卷。ok。燒雞翼,正吖。皮脆肉嫩。加個牛肉稻庭烏冬。飽晒。今晚自帶號稱最配海鮮的 Chablis。今次是 1er cru,表現非常不錯~埋單連開瓶費$100,總共 $800 多。OK 啦。
