無論天氣有幾熱,香港人嘅我哋,都要打边爐!最想介紹的小食係油炸鬼,將油炸切塊,再加調味料,然後再炸,真有唸頭,味道又唔錯,食落又香又脆又有味!有自己特色,其他地方實食唔到!要介紹吓打边爐嘅配料,A5牛,咬落似係北海道食過嘅感覺,係香港食度都算唔錯!餃子,加咗黑松露,好香濃味,皮又較薄,饀有足了!正!不能不提嘅係甜品,一定一定要食:炸香蕉,外脆內流心,絕對係天物!千祈唔好一大口咁咬落去,因為係即炸,所以好熱!要忍住口少少少少咁食,至食出佢過威力!
