To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間台式手沖飲品店已經開左成年,次次經過佢都會大排長龍。去咗北京見到佢有幾間分店,唔知係咪真嘅。舖頭地理位置真係一絕,係iSquare 對面,不過都因為咁樣而排隊有啲唔方便,永遠都會有啲人係你隔離左穿右插。我係下晝大約12點去,見到條龍大約有10個人,咁我就心郁郁。排隊嘅通常都係遊客帶住行李。我叫左黑糖鹿丸鮮奶,由排隊到杯野到手大約係20分鐘。比起銅鑼灣個啲合理,counter 姐姐服務都好有禮貌。佢建議第一次飲,糖度跟佢標準,如果唔係黑糖就會小左。味道無咩驚喜,不過大致中上。掛杯嘅黑糖味無話特別香不過係唔會太甜。珍珠都煙韌,不過唔算太香黑糖味,分量都ok。鮮奶我見佢係用日本明治奶,不過沖出嚟無話特別香滑濃。整體係ok 嘅,唔會飲完太膩。路過條龍短可以試試,要排隊多過20人就不必。
