To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚難得同家人出外用膳,所以決定吃平時不會吃的餐廳,訂檯時已跟店員說是銀行職員的朋友,還訂了小菜,和家人吃一頓晚餐晚上7時多坐無虛席,大多是一家大細前來南乳脆鱔球,咬一口外層好鬆脆,炸漿唔厚,內裡鱔肉本身味較淡,但加上南乳炸,陣陣南乳香,夠爽又唔會太腍,入口彈牙越食越滋味古法炆龍躉斑翅腩,訂檯時向店員查詢,龍躉斑翅腩是要預訂的,老一輩的家人很愛吃這道菜,很大份的斑翅腩,先炸後炆,魚肉肉質不易散開,龍躉魚皮滿滿魚膠質感很豐富,很巧廚師功夫,瓦煲內還有燒肉,冬菇及枝竹一起炆,必訂!薑蔥焗美國桶蠔,桶蠔先走油後煮,鎖緊蠔味每隻蠔都肥美肚位好脹,味道香濃,瓦煲內仲有薑蔥,薑夠辣好香,送飯真係無得頂芋蓉西米焗布甸,一碗碗送到我們面前,好辣辣的帶點椰香,每一啖都吃到西米,還有芋蓉在底部,好像是小時候吃到的味道除了焗布甸外,還有生磨杏汁雪山包都是很出名的

芋蓉西米焗布甸,一碗碗送到我們面前,好辣辣的帶點椰香,每一啖都吃到西米,還有芋蓉在底部,好像是小時候吃到的味道
除了焗布甸外,還有生磨杏汁雪山包都是很出名的
