To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日收工有同事提議去嶺南大學入邊間酒樓食飯。同事話大學入面呢間中菜有海鮮,有小菜,份量足夠,而且好味。 咁特別,當然要去試一試啦 !入到嶺南大學行一陣好快就會見到間中式酒樓。酒樓空間廣闊樓,底比較高,而且幫襯既多數為大學學生&附近居民,主打經濟實惠。 雖然酒樓唔係好多人,但係畀我覺得好舒服,同朋友傾計都好方便。我哋兩個人點咗晚飯小菜孖寶 - 沙巴龍躉, 蒜蓉蒸大蟶子王,加多個椒絲腐乳通菜 。條魚都算唔錯,蟶子亦好好味,椒絲腐乳通菜就好惹味,再整多兩碗白飯真係ichiban!食完飯仲有糖水送,非常貼心 !

入到嶺南大學行一陣好快就會見到間中式酒樓酒樓空間廣闊樓,底比較高,而且幫襯既多數為大學學生&附近居民,主打經濟實惠。

雖然酒樓唔係好多人,但係畀我覺得好舒服,同朋友傾計都好方便。

我哋兩個人點咗晚飯小菜孖寶 - 沙巴龍躉, 蒜蓉蒸大蟶子王,加多個椒絲腐乳通菜 。

條魚都算唔錯,蟶子亦好好味,椒絲腐乳通菜就好惹味,再整多兩碗白飯真係ichiban!
