To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 潮州菜當然不少得這個,鹵水鵝片技巧之處不單止是刀功還有鹵水的滋味。 師父刀功一流,薄薄一片,咬下去用質沒有韌性,肉質細嫩易入口!

炸蠔餅宵夜不時會吃到,不過原來真正的蠔仔餅是煎的,這家依照傳統做法,香煎蠔仔烙比平時炸的相對不會太熱氣,不過蠔肉並沒有平時的多汁,香脆口感當然大減,若不想吃熱氣的也可以選這家傳統香煎做法!

龍崗雞又稱三黃雞,雞肉頗嫩滑,雞皮呈黃金色,平日不吃雞皮的小妹,咬了一囗,雞皮滑如雞肉,所以也吞了下囗!

龍崗所產的雞,樣貌特別,「三黃一須」即嘴黃、毛黃、腳黃並有鬍鬚;其體型較大於其他品種的肉雞,肉質豐厚、嫩滑,更容易進味。

入囗已經感覺到糖衣的威力,像一匙羹的糖在囗中,芋頭的味道很好可以中和一下下。

這夜甜甜鹹鹹一一刺激完香的味蕾,喝下一杯中茶沖沖囗中餘味,這夜多謝友人們的邀約。日後的聚會小妹也很期待,六月聚會夜又完了
