To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翠園是我其中一間最愛的中菜,今天試下元朗的翠園,叫了四個點心,包括是XO醬煎腸粉、煎蘿蔔糕、松茸蘑菇包、四色燒賣, XO醬腸粉10分好味,因為XO醬均勻地在每一條腸粉上,不會過辣,也不會太清淡,但是份量較少,最愛是松茸蘑菇包,每籠有三個,由於餡料是菇,所以吃了不會覺得太油膩,合想不吃肉的人士,蘿蔔糕沒有什麼特別,最特別是四式燒賣,分別是帶子、鮑魚、鵝肝、蝦,我認為鵝肝偏淋,其他三款也很美味,最特別是一次過可以是四款口味,值得推介。
