講到日式火鍋放題,最常去既非屯門的牛一莫屬,無論睇戲前、放工後晚飯,如果想食火鍋一定揀佢,因為太喜歡他們的壽喜燒湯底了!不過牛一在港只得三間分店 (屯門/銅鑼灣/尖沙咀),其實都唔算好就腳,而且仲長期滿,如果無訂位通常都有排等。近來餐廳係小妹覺得很就腳的太子始創中心開左新分店,放工後當然又前去食晚飯!前一晚預先訂位,去到6點多暫未有人等位。(不過去到約8點已經要開始等位)先同帶位員確定人數、湯底和選擇那一款肉類後再入座。.(90分鐘任飲任食)肉類分為五種,晚餐價錢由$148-$348,分別有美國牛肉、極上美國牛肉、澳洲和牛、特級日本和牛及極上日本和牛;選擇那款價錢的牛肉可追加點價位之下的牛肉,包括任食豚肉,海鮮需另加錢。.湯底約有十款選擇,較特別的有三文魚豆乳湯、清酒牛蒡雞湯、鮮茄龍蝦湯、壽喜燒和季節限定湯底,今期係特濃忌廉粟米 (類似呢個名)。小妹當然又係揀左至愛的壽喜燒湯底,每人跟一隻日本雞蛋。(混合湯底+$18/鍋,可揀兩款湯底).這分店有約200個座位,環境都比較寬敞坐得舒服,裝潢也帶點設計,掛了些雀籠作裝飾;.卡位的上方也有像屋型設計!.每張檯都有圖上呢個野,一按CALL店員

其實牛肉的賣相比想像的有點落差,可能係擺盤問題吧!牛肉色澤鮮紅,遍佈的脂肪位不多;因為每片牛肉都切得比較細片和薄,所以小妹最喜歡一次夾幾塊牛肉一次過淥再食,口感更豐富!牛肉入口嫩滑不韌,牛肉味明顯,配埋壽喜燒湯底更能突出肉類的鮮味!

這分店有兩部雪糕機共四款選擇,包括荔枝乳酪、原味乳酪、黑芝麻雪糕和雲呢拿雪糕,比屯門店多兩款呢,很吸引呢!小妹一向偏好乳酪多於雪糕,喜歡其酸甜的味道超開胃,仲可以喜歡的配料,至愛爆爆珠同粟米片!所以今次食左兩杯荔枝味乳酪,味道清香消暑,好好食呀!

最後不得不說,這裡的服務態度真的很好很有禮貌,店員見檯上的肉類快食完會問你要唔要加肉;加湯的時候會用手擋住避免湯汁彈去客人度,真係好貼心,員工培訓得好,值得一讚!
