To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上環半新話題茶餐廳「諸勝堂」以嫩滑炒蛋炒到上曬位,今日襯午飯復來到上環交收, 順便來「諸勝堂」吃個LATE LUNCH。 好好彩 2:30 左右來到餐廳人流已散, 坐位也依足政府呼籲保持一定距離。  一貫茶餐廳格,牆上掛上以貓星人為主題的手繪畫,幾有趣。餐牌上有兩個column , 分為早餐、午餐,一眼睇晒。               而午餐選擇不少共有八款, 我午餐很小會選擇食飯, 不多不小的常餐就最岩我。 常餐 $48自家製叉燒 、鮮忌廉豬骨湯意粉 ; 4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋+多士 唔使五分鐘食物和飲品也是同時奉上 , 超LIKE。 4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋+多士 (走油) 漩渦形炒蛋確系吸睛,蛋色鮮黃, 應該溝左兩種雞蛋而成,一般茶餐廳也會用上湖北蛋和美國蛋, 此組合炒出來的成品味道會特別濃郁香口。 正如我所說,這裡的炒蛋味道濃郁, 雞味濃郁, 牛油味突出;口感細嫩無比,配上多士簡直是民間美食。 自家製叉燒 、鮮忌廉湯豬骨湯意粉見好多人讚忌廉湯, 我先喝了一口, 果然不俗, 應該是鮮忌廉雞湯和上湯的混合。小了忌廉湯的膩,多了一分鮮味。 叉燒切得片片差不多厚度,肉質鬆軟,多汁,不帶半點

見好多人讚忌廉湯, 我先喝了一口, 果然不俗, 應該是鮮忌廉雞湯和上湯的混合。

小了忌廉湯的膩,多了一分鮮味。

叉燒切得片片差不多厚度,肉質鬆軟,多汁,

不帶半點渣, 超美味;意粉有彈性, 我搵唔到缺點。 

喝了一口鴛鴦 ,味道不像平時在茶餐廳飲到的啡味較出的鴛鴦。

原來是用上即磨咖啡, 所以啡味較淺, 相對茶味出,奶的比較也不會超多,很乎合我的口味。

店員亦好鬼友善, 加分!
