Omakase丼,鮭腹、縞鰺、赤身、帆立貝、加奈陀雲丹首次黎食自選魚生飯,唔知食咩好所以叫左個師傅發板,每日嘅材料都唔同架!最上層嘅海膽食落好鮮甜,唔種海水味,最緊要嘅就係唔腥😋;赤身食吞拿魚最冇油脂嘅一部分,食落冇根,質感軟熟,好有魚鮮味;帆立貝份量大足,配上檸檬汁,味道好fresh;縞鰺食落魚味好出,口感帶點咬感,不同於赤身嘅口感,食落都幾鮮味;最後有三文魚腩,食落油脂唔算太多,但非常厚切,口感非常豐富。特別提提佢個飯,加左小魚乾係入面,令到食飯嘅時候都食到魚香同鮮甜味,值得一讚。($248)
