馬來爺橫餐室真係bookmark咗好耐,有人仲話佢係香港三甲好食嘅喇沙😳 作為喇沙控嘅我終於有時間過嚟大角咀呢邊試吓!舖頭細細, 7:00嚟到都要等幾張枱,尼條街真係好多好嘢食,幾間餐廳都要等😂一坐低,我已經目標明確要嗌炸軟殼蟹喇沙參參 $118✨湯底勁濃郁,但係唔會死鹹,入口有淡淡的椰奶香,仲有啲蔬菜嘅清香,後勁帶出香料味,少少辣,我覺得唔食得辣嘅人都可以食到,重點係冇味精,食到中段嘅時候可以加青檸汁解膩(*¯︶¯*)✨重點係佢跟足新加坡,配料好齊,有蜆肉、魚蛋、芽菜、豆卜✨用上原隻軟殼蟹,好大隻、厚身,炸得鬆脆,仲要有好多蟹膏😳💕另外仲叫咗虎蝦帆立貝三重蝦湯 $98 ✨湯底充滿蝦味,湯頭濃郁,三重蝦包括日本櫻花蝦、爆炒辣香蝦、虎蝦及叻沙香蝦,蝦迷必試✨虎蝦和帆立貝預先煎香,虎蝦大大隻,肉質彈牙🦐班蘭椰香手工咖央多士$38✨多士烘得香脆,大大片牛油,好邪惡
