話說有次去上環一出地鐵站竟然見到呢間米線,回想起以前起中環返工成日食,好多回憶~所以今晚突登過黎食🤤
老闆話佢地ge酸菜、辣椒油、麻辣湯底、均由店舖親自烹調而湯底係純豬骨湯,每日熬製10小時以上!

我地嗌左三拼米線,我就最中意撈米線,因為醬汁同食材撈埋一齊好juicy ,而米線又吸收哂d精華,真係好食到不得了🤤🤤🤤叫左無錫骨~即係豬軟骨,軟骨炆得好夠稔好入味🩷
而小鍋米線一定最出色係個湯底,香濃豬骨湯配咩辣都係咁夾🥰

涼拌青瓜,非常爽脆,停唔到口~下次記得嗌埋佢地個招牌腩肉🥰🥰
