To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然只有一小時,但我半小時後已開始飽。因為在等湯水(選了豬骨湯底, 不另收錢)滾時, 已吃了自弄雪糕筒,隨意加配料和醬. 我加了朱古力醬和朱古力豆. 隨了筒, 也可用紙碗. 喝了自混果汁...提子混蘋果, 後者把前者味道混淡些, 更易入口。除了自選的一碟肉,其他是自助各款丸/菜之類。68元另加一. 丸之中有款餡料是芝士的, 很易飽. 另有麻吉卷, 芋絲, 豬肉餃, 金菇, 冬菇 ... 味道最好的是豆腐, 豆味夠濃.豆腐豆味濃,混醬選了辣味,麻醬,白蘿蔔蓉,醋,葱粒…一半已在煱中,每樣少少試下先,但那芝士丸很飽。黑碗仔是我的混醬傑作
