To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年紀大了，食的分量不多，而且這個年代講求的是健康，常常食得太飽對身體也不好，不過自助餐就是在眼前擺放著豐富及各式各樣的美食，當然難以抵擋這份吸引力。這家位於機場附近的酒店，位置不就腳，若非朋友要求約在此食，根本好難會想起這酒店了。酒店所提供的自助餐食物種類也很多，海鮮、魚生、甜品等等基本也有提供，回本之作當然食海鮮，也是最重要一環，因為我覺得海鮮是自助餐的靈魂，好不好吃也會影響對餐廳的印象。這裏的生蠔size適中，味道尚算新鮮，只是欠了點海水味，較我印象中最好的尚有距離，如果有即場開蠔會更好，起碼可以提高氣氛。長腳蟹是一般的口味，沒有太深刻印象。另，酒店提供無限量的haagen-dazs雪糕帶給小朋友驚喜。整體來說，食物質素不錯，考慮的反而是地理位置。
