晚飯到了街坊酒樓「中南海漁港」,沒有吃太多小菜,「脆皮黃金磚」$78用了類似椒鹽的做法,豆腐炸得外脆內嫩,面頭炸過的蒜片惹味,甚有大排擋的風味。「燒汁桶蠔」$148煮熟了的桶蠔仍有拇指般的長度,甚巨型,桶蠔先炸後用燒汁去燴,一咬爆汁香口,而且我喜歡它用鍚紙盤盛在著每件桶蠔,吃起上來更方便呢。
