有時食白切雞、海南雞食到有啲厭,依家窯燒雞好似幾hit,有唔少專賣窯燒雞嘅店,經過見到燒得幾靚,買嚟今晚加餸試試下佢~~招牌窯燒雞 $198/隻窯燒雞做法就係先醃雞,之後掛上風乾櫃風乾,最後放入窯內高温烤熟。小店係即叫即燒,雞因為風乾過再高温燒,雞皮食落特別脆,皮下帶油脂,一切開流出滿滿肉汁,食落去肉質厚實飽滿、入味 。見佢唔止就係得燒雞,仲有其他窯燒,好似坊間少見嘅燒賣/窯燒三寶丸,下次再試試佢🤣。
