現在拉麵在香港每個角落都見到其蹤影,上水、元朗、東涌,無孔不入。拉麵熟潮的鼻祖「豚王」,最近由從前的和安里搬到分店處處,店子大了,坐也坐得舒服多,而且下午吃時也不用等位啊。「新登場咖喱皇」$90期間限定,有一堆薯片,我覺得整體味道太鹹太味精,有點似吃杯麵的湯底。回歸基本,要了一碗原味「豚王」$80 加隻「半熟卵」$17。豚肉湯底依然濃郁香口,配菜的味道也融入湯裡面。叉燒的份量是2片左右,比較厚身,每邊都有脂肪,入口不會乾身,味道也甚濃郁,保持水準。 豬骨湯底仍是一貫的濃,實在不用再添加額外的調味品已很夠味,我覺得這才是吃拉麵的精髓。有時最基本的味道,才是我最喜愛的!

豬骨湯底仍是一貫的濃,實在不用再添加額外的調味品已很夠味,我覺得這才是吃拉麵的精髓。

有時最基本的味道,才是我最喜愛的!
