To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一路都好想知點解永年咁出名,到底有咩咁好食,為左找出原因,今次已經係第3 次食永年喇!第一次叫左牛筋、魚蛋、魚皮、粗面,中辣,可能對我黎講太辣,食唔出精髓;第二次叫左豬腸、牛筋、流心蛋、幼面,小辣,面太淋......另外叫左杯凍奶茶,唔錯,茶同奶都中好 balance , 又夠滑,不過就稍稍甜左啲,但可以接受。第三次(今次)叫左魚皮、豬腸、流心蛋、幼面、小辣。所有餸都做得出色,魚皮好脆,吸左湯發現佢都好厚地,咬落好有質感;流心蛋做得剛剛好,煮既時間剛剛好,就算我放係碗用湯浸住最後食,啲蛋黃都無熟透,不過就當然唔好預計同湯底有咩共鳴。今次面底就煮得剛剛好,唔會太淋,仲有少少咬口。可惜食左咁多次,都覺得湯底偏濃,雜味紛陳,可能呢啲係車仔面既精髓,但就唔算好合我口味。題外話:佢既牛筋都做得十分出色,入味、入口即溶,明顯有花心機時間去肴煮,但今日放棄左無叫牛,因為亞馬遜森林大火已經令地球添加左好多有毒氣體,再加上森林面積減少,少左樹木製造氧氣,地球、人類、動物都面臨好大既威脅。巴西牛肉出口最大地區係香港,巴西雞大家都食唔少,咁遠水路運過黎碳足跡好厲害,而且商人為左利潤最大化,不斷尋求土地開發,
