To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近期因這商場的天台有飄雪活動和很多不同市集推廣, 令這商場變得興旺,多了不少食店新開張,這食店是其一,店有室內和露台兩邊坐位,因天氣好,選了在露台的位,坐低看餐牌後,要出收銀處付款後落order,最終點了一個喇沙加炸蝦, 喇沙海鮮不多只有辣,味一般,蝦炸得鬆脆而不硬,合格,和叫了一個海南雞飯加雞串燒,海南雞的雞肉嫩滑但較清淡,雞串亦是一般,飲品叫了一個凍咖啡,入口香濃,和一個凍檸檬薏米 ,味覺清甜而帶少少酸,幾特別,另外加了一個肉骨茶,是這餐飯的賣點,它有少許辣椒和油炸鬼相伴進食,而茶內有一件軟骨亦非常美味而帶些藥材味 , 令這餐飯加了不少分。
