今晚轉口味,吃泰式燒烤 ...“炭燒雞翼”,ok,幾好味, 雖然沒什麼驚喜,但起碼在關節位剪斷讓食客吃得舒服,夠細心。“炭燒雞腎”好點兒,夠味,也不會烤得太乾,還是juicy的。“沙嗲串燒豬牛雞”,這有點驚喜,牛肉不柴,很嫩,應該是牛柳部位,那豬呢,原來是一條豬肉餅,也很彈牙,雞肉也夠嫩滑,是雞髀肉做的,其實最好味是那個沙嗲汁,偏甜,少許辣,很適合香港人口味。“清炒椰菜”,麻麻地,它雖然放了點豆醬一齊炒,味道不錯,但也放了一大隻辣椒,菜是新鮮嫩滑的,但辣得太過份!“泰式燒豬脷”,還比較韌,似燒肉檔買的那種,味道其實不錯的,但不曉得它有沒有滷熟了再燒,滷久一點,讓它沒那麼韌,口感應該會更好。值得一提,今晚所有肉類完全沒腥味沒雪藏味,香料、配料、醬料全現場人手製作,難怪沙嗲及那豬脷的辣汁這麼惹味,廚師有功架(除了那辣得過份的大大隻辣椒😏)。

“泰式燒豬脷”,還比較韌,似燒肉檔買的那種,味道其實不錯的,但不曉得它有沒有滷熟了再燒,滷久一點,讓它沒那麼韌,口感應該會更好。
