To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時同屋企人去食午餐尚算可以。今次自己一個人，見佢有下午茶就入去試下。去到餐廳我已經喺佢部拎飛嘅機度㩒咗籌拎咗一人飛啦，然後個冇戴眼鏡曲髮戴口罩嘅女職員話有位可以入，咁我諗住廢事話我亂咁坐就等佢安排座位，我已經好好態度咁問佢邊張坐得佢又唔答我，我咪自己揀囉。然後問佢坐唔坐得嗰張，佢又話嗰張係4人枱，但明明嗰張係可分拆嘅兩張2人枱……😑算。到我坐低左諗住落單，我見隔離個個都有下午茶張落單紙但我冇，又唔見有職員經過，同埋職員都冇主動比下午茶張落單紙我，要我行去收銀處問佢地先比。見平時屋企人幫襯開先黎咋，唔係真係唔會黎，D位又窄，野食又唔算多款揀，同埋又唔係話好平。
